Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily service desk activities
• Perform IT support including hardware and software administration, procurement and installation
• Assist in enhance and troubleshoot LAN / WAN infrastructure
• Perform project support and ad-hoc technical assignment as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• 2 -3 years working experience in IT technical support and troubleshooting
• Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, 8, 7, XP, Vista and Outlook is a MUST
• Experience in network security such Firewall setting, VPN, Anti-Virus
• Knowledge with Linux will be added advantage
• Independent, self-motivated with good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technical Support
