• Elicitate, analyze and validate software requirements with business and IT teams to support business objectives in line with strategic direction which will involve:
• analyzing project requirements to determine best process solutions
• communicating with various internal teams for the most effective and efficient solutions
• working through entire requirement building and management processes to ensure successful implementation of the projects
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis role preferably in banking industry
• Strong relationship management skills with a drive to deliver top quality solutions, and ability to build and manage successful relationships with counterparts
• PMP certification, Six Sigma certification, qualification of CSSGB or ACIB/HKIB is a definite advantage

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst.
