• Gather product and market information for research, benchmarking, and market, customer & competitor analysis;
• New Product/Service initiative, especially related to advanced/innovative information technology like AI, Big Data, Blockchain and etc.
• Prepare proposal and participate in product/service and system development
• Involve in business process reengineer project as business analyst
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems or related disciplines. Holder of Six Sigma, ACIB/HKIB, CFA/CFP is a definite advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience with solid business knowledge in banking industry, strong presentation, and with analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Research and Development Manager
