Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in data analysis, database programming or database management
• Good command of SQL, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, .NET programming an advantage
• Proven English proficiency and fluent Putonghua
• Detail-minded with strong analytical skills and good report writing skills
• Willing to work overtime and on weekends & public holidays, as well as under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Conduct analyses on Hong Kong residential property market and compile timely and insightful reports
• Maintain and enrich in-house database, including data collection from different sources and off-site work
• Specify requirements and develop programs to facilitate data input and analytical report generation
• Compile system documentation such as manuals and specifications

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Data Analyst.)
