We are searching for dynamic and high caliber IT professionals for this position on behalf of our client, a well-established IT services and solution provider serving clients from various businesses and organizations in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:                                                                             

• Provide in-house or on-site IT helpdesk support services to users – both software and hardware such as software installation, system setup and configuration work
• Monitor IT system status, network performance and maintain normal operation of office machines; Manage internal any IT related documents
• Closely communicate with team member or leader for resolving incidents and reporting any IT related issues
• Other duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines with MS Certified System Engineer qualification
• Min. 1-2 years’ experience in providing help desk support with knowledge on MS Windows platforms and networking
• Good knowledge in Windows XP, 7, 2008 R2
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Customer-oriented with good telephone manner
• Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn
