Today's customers' expectations in a digital environment are changing at a rapid pace, and to meet the needs of the digital economy, this company have commenced a shift to Agile and DevOps practices, with a concerted focus on B2B service experience.

BE this person who will ensure the company is focused on solving business and customer problems and ensuring they are fast-tracking business benefits and customer outcomes.

You will help:

  • Partner with the business to define ideas, incorporating the Design Principles and current business capabilities
  • Create Solution Overview documentation as required
  • Be involved with technical proof of concept and/or low-fidelity wireframes
  • Create/Reuse initial feature sets
  • Propose minimal viable product options
  • Assist with definition of process heat map
  • Define acceptance criteria with feature teams to ensure that the defined services remain true to the business capability need
  • Work with the architectural team to ensure that all service solutions meet the design principles

Something we'd look for:

  • Experience with Lean UX Design Thinking
  • Previous experience in designing end to end experiences and delivered them through digitisation channels
  • Ability to develop prototypes of future experiences to test with customers and incorporate their feedback
  • Demonstrable ability in taking a holistic and human centered approach to service design
  • Demonstrable team leading and influencing capability
  • Experience leading designers and other members of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Contribute to developing product roadmaps and strategy
  • Engaging and influencing stakeholders
  • Excellent communications skills especially facilitation
  • Experience across diverse channels and business areas including digital, retail, call centre, supply chain and IT would be advantageous
