Candidates, well conversant with application or system programming, should have working experience in the public sector. Prefer at least 3 years working experience with exposure to one or more of the following :

• .NET or C#;
• MS SQL Server/Sybase or Informix
• Oracle DBMS, SQL*PLUS, PL/SQL/PRO*C
• JAVA, J2EE or XML;
• MySQL, PHP, HTML;
• Windows or Lotus Notes administration;
• Unix/Linux shell scripts;
• Networking or network security

Candidates with less experience can be considered for Programmer positions.

The successful candidates should be qualified with a degree in Information Systems or relevant disciplines.
