Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the LAN/WAN, Windows & Linux Servers and other network connected devices
• Workstation and End User support
• IT Inventory monitoring, tracking and upgrade planning
• Support IT application team projects
• Support IT security
• Administer and maintain email, File Server, collaboration and web servers
• Assist supervisor with IT systems and integration projects as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology related discipline or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years working experience in providing IT and systems support & maintenance services
• MCSE in Messaging is preferred
• Must have working experience with Windows Server, AD, DCs, Linux, Windows PC and MS office
• Strong working experience with MSExchange, Postfix, SQL, IIS and Apache
• Good problem solving mentality and skills
• Experience managing Cisco routers, Firewall (PICS), routing protocols and related support diagnostics
• Excellent communication skills and capable of interacting tactfully with people
• Comfortable being the GoTo person for a small dynamic motivated IT team
• Some Programming/implementation skills will be beneficial
• Good command of spoken and written English
