Job Description
Summary:
We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Helpdesk Support Specialist for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support to end users and resolve technical issues with the computing environment;
- Provide administration, monitoring and support to the network, desktops, peripherals, site file & print servers and anti-virus systems and ensure the whole IT infrastructure operates;
- perform patch management to ensure the required security patches and virus signature are timely applied and updated;
- Co-ordinate with other parties when necessary;
- Escalate the call progress call status;
- General helpdesk reporting.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Min 1 years' experience in providing helpdesk support
- Experience in PC setup, Microsoft products, email system, helpdesk support / back office operations
- Broad technical knowledge on general office desktop applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a plus;
- Good response and telephone manner, able to communicate with expatriates
- Less experience or Fresh Graduate will also be consider
