Description:

•  Provide administration, support and pro-active monitoring of the IT environment, including network, server infrastructure, firewall & security setting, server access & administration, email a/c management and desktop equipment (such as telephone system, LAN, WAN, copier/printer/scanner, PC, notebook, etc)
• Daily monitoring of servers, firewall, anti-virus, and perform backup of data for all servers and workplace computers
• Provide training and support of back-office software and assist in implementation and training of new / enhanced application or functions
• Support the day-to-day work of the company applications for our users and external partners
• Manage and track IS/IT resources and inventory including hardware and software, and maintaining software licenses
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers on IT-related equipment acquisition
• Coordinate with external vendors on services / equipment delivery, administrative support and installation
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management and Asia IT Management.

 Requirements:

•  Degree or diploma in computer science or related subjects, with preferably, MS certificates such as MCSA/MCSE
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT administration, preferably in a MNC environment
• Good knowledge in Windows servers, Windows, PC, desktop, VMware, Hyper-V, TCP/IP, firewall, network and internet technology
• Good knowledge of Microsoft® Active Directory & Exchange; Microsoft® Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote), preferably Office 365 experience
• Analytical thinking, proactive problem-solving and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of Business English, both spoken and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, enthusiastic, team player and customer focus
• Experienced in freight forwarding and logistics business will be an advantage
