This role is responsible to manage all IT Coordinators(ITC) in our Asia Pacific offices

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities of the ITC in APAC
• Review and approve all ITC hiring and training
• Ensure ITC are trained and understand Corporate and Regional standards
• Manage IT planning and budget
• Evaluate staffing and service level
  
• Ensure ITC cross countries cooperation

Requirements

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• IT support specialist with ITIL experience
• Excellent communication capabilities in English and presentation skills
• Meticulous, organized and able to support the deployment of offices/warehouses in APAC
