Summary:

We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Technical Engineer for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence. The position will be responsible for providing top quality support for a financial group.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1^st & 2^nd tier support services to customer;
• Processing of arrange time for troubleshooting;
• Effectively manage a user interaction, identify needs and offer a solution;
  
• Troubleshooting basic computers hardware/software problems;
• Handle customer inquires.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology/Computing/ computer science or other related discipline;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical helpdesk / Helpdesk support, preferably in insurance industry;
• Basic Computer hardware and software troubleshooting / diagnostic skills;
• Acknowledge in popular software in both Windows and Apple iOS platforms;
• Familiar with Apple products, such as iPad, iPhone;
• Basic technical writing and documentation skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Immediately available is highly prefer.
