Based in Hong Kong, you will be reporting to the senior management and fully responsible for managing the IT operation of the Group.  He/ She needs to work closely with the business and operation side to fully understand their business needs and drive the related IT solutions. You need to work close with our external IT consultant and service providers, ensure smooth secure operation of the IT infrastructure, deploying and running multiple cloud service platforms.

Job Description

• Oversees the IT budget and expenses for the group;
• Develop and manage budgets for all IT infrastructure (data services, email services, software licenses, computer hardware);
• Provide full spectrum IT services including network infrastructure, cloud applications, cyber security and various IT projects to achieve company objectives;
• Ensure a secure IT environment running and data security protection in the group, covering IT policy, data protection, disaster recovery and IT business continuity plan;
• Communicate with vendors for service requests, changes and problems;
• Lead and ensure successful development/deployment of IT projects, such as Office Automation, Workflow, B2B e-Commerce, ERP, PLM and Human Resources systems;
• Work with Human Resources Department to build and run a business operation support team to enable all staff master the IT application systems easily.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor/Master Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent;
• With over 10 years of IT experience, of which 5 years in supervisory role; 
• Strong in IT technical knowledge, including network design, cloud service, cyber security, ITIL ,.., etc.
• Experienced in various application systems, such as e-Commerce, ERP (Kingdee), Mobile OA Tools (Dingding), PLM, Business Intelligence will be an advantage;
• Excellent skills in business communication, problem solving, interpersonal, negotiation and vendor management;
• Strong sense of responsibility with self-motivation and logical thinking;
• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Frequent travel to China is needed (Shenzhen, Shanghai and Zhejiang etc.)
