Requirements:
- Diploma or higher diploma in Computing / Information Technology or equivalent
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua (Fast typing is a MUST)
- Good communications skill, self-motivated and good troubleshooting skill
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone-in and email support enquiries in using our services
- Provide Technical Support services including: Data Centre operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
- Maintain accurate records, Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to upper tier
- Install and de-install of customer server
- Responsible for monitoring and control on the operations of service network and IT infrastructure in Data Center
- Support all software and hardware; maintain internal network and server administration
- Ad-hoc technical support during non-office hours is required
- Shift duties or overnight shift is required
