Our client is a leading renowned media agency with very strong international clientele. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced IT leader with a strong background in development to take on the role of IT Manager.

About the Role

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for leading all aspects of IT development for clients while maintain in-house IT operations. This will involve working closely with account management to understand their initiatives while align IT development strategy with their project roadmap. Most projects will revolve Digital campaigns relating to technology domains such as eCRM, Web, Mobile, E-Commerce and Omni-Channel. You will lead a team of 5 IT development staff and will need to mentor and lead them in the right direction.

About the Candidate

This is a terrific opportunity for IT professionals with a strong track record in IT development especially customer-oriented technologies who are interested in taking on a leadership role within a vibrant & dynamic environment.

To qualify, you must possess:

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of IT development experience with considerable years in management
• Track record in Project Management and successful Project delivery
• Solid foundations in both front-end programming (e.g. HTML5, CSS, Jquery) and back-end programming (e.g. PHP, C#)
• Knowledgeable of system analysis and development in both web and mobile environment
• Knowledgeable of database design (e.g. MS SQL, MySQL)
• Experienced Digital marketing technologies such as eCRM, eCommerce, CMS design and development and web security development
