Job Duties

• Responsible for development, implementation and testing of websites
• Work with internal teammates and stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Assist in system design analysis and technical specification preparation

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of development experience with Java/J2EE
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with content management systems
• Experience with HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript and AJAX
• Proficiency in one or more CMS
• Strong Cantonese and English language skills
• Willingness to travel (up to 50% in APAC)

Preferred Skills and Education:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• At least one project developed with AEM 6.0+ for at least 6 months
• Experience with back-end integration and front-end integration
• Design, develop and support AEM templates and components, integrations and applications.
• Knowledge of Sling, Spring, HTL (Sightly) or other MVC frameworks
• Certification in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Experience with any of the following is a plus: Lucene/Solr, Magnolia, JBoss, Mongodb, OSGi
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
• Excellent client-facing written and communications skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, independently and with remote team members
• Agency / Consulting experience is a plus
• Mandarin communication skill is a plus
• Database knowledge (MSSQL/Sybase/MySQL)
