Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to users in relation to hardware, software, networking, voice/video communication as well as IT administration processes
- Liaise with Regional Office for IT support using both email and phone communication.
- Support network and other IT equipment troubleshooting
- Assist in maintaining the computer room in good condition.
- Carry out various IT operation tasks such as backup, capacity planning and performance monitoring
- Liaise with vendors for maintenance service, IT purchase, and other IT services
- Administer IT related procurement and payment and carry out IT asset administration
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT disaster recovery drills
- Provide support in business continuity planning, training and testing
- Support the various activities of IT Risk and Business Protection
- Assist in IT infrastructure projects such as office move and computer room setup
Requirements:
- Higher diploma holder or above in an IT related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to communicate in Cantonese and possess the English language skill and the attitude to support users at Executive levels
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
This role will be employed by outsourcing agency and seconded to Aviva / our subsidiary.
