Job Description
This role will involve supporting, monitoring and troubleshooting the Clarity solution hosted in primarily Cloud based environments. We are seeking skilled, determined, enthusiastic candidates who enjoy solving complex challenges and have a customer focus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build a strong knowledge of the Clarity product suite, both in terms of functionality and technical deployment
- Support the solution deployed into Cloud hosted environments by using monitoring tools and dashboard
- Respond to and investigate 2nd and 3rd line support queries as part of a 24/7 global team
- Communicate and document issues effectively to the wider team
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
- 3 to 4 years relevant experience
- Supporting .NET applications in a Windows based environment
- Experience in providing support and communicating with external customers
- An understanding of network management including DNS, HTTP, Firewalls and Load Balancing
- Ability to read and understand code
- Databases, ability to write simple queries and understand data structures
- A drive and passion for learning
- Frequent travel to Shenzhen Office
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Azure / AWS / Google Cloud Platform
- Development skills (C# / Visual Studio)
- Usage of monitoring tools such as ElasticStack or AppDynamics
- Experience with deployment tools such as Octopus Deploy
- Infrastructure Automation (Chef / Puppet / Ansible)
