Responsibilities:

• Manage the Company’s IT systems and facilities, including Windows, email, messaging, and other in-house applications
• Carry out necessary routine tasks such as daily system administration, user account management, troubleshooting & technical support, etc
• Prepare system documentation & procedure manuals

 Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Computer Science or IT related disciplines, ideally with 3 years of work experience (Less experienced candidate with strong interest in system and network administration will also be considered)
• Technical knowledge in PC (Windows/Mac) management and common network applications (e.g. DNS, Email, HTTP, etc.)
• Candidates with hands on skills on Windows and Linux server administration would have advantage
• Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible, customer-focus and able to work independently
• Able to communicate efficiently in Mandarin is essential
