Responsibilities

• Provide first level end-user IT supports, including setup and deployment of stations, installation of software and hardware devices.
• Work closely with Sales Engineers to ensure successful end user software deployments.
• Install patches / upgrades, and perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment as needed according to available product specifications / manuals.
• Document troubleshooting steps.
• Provide support and solution to end-users.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines is preferred. Additional relevant experience may compensate for the lack of a degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in the assembly and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
• A can-do attitude, able to work independently and ramp-up on technologies & programs.
• Willing to Travel.
• Proficient level of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
