Responsibilities:

• Provide email / phone / on-site I.T. technical support including desktop / servers / mobile configuration and I.T. related troubleshooting and maintenance;
• Provide technical support for users on ad-hoc tasks;
• Work in designated client offices in HK

Requirements:

• 1 year relevant working experience in IT and/or technical support;
• High Diploma or Associate Degree or above in computer science or related disciplines is preferred

   

       Technical Skills

• General Computer Operation Knowledge (Windows 7, Windows 10, MS Office);
• General Mobile Operation Knowledge (Android & IOS);
• General Internet Knowledge;
• Knowledge on programming and database is a plus;
• Knowledge on JAVE / .NET programming and SQL database is a plus

       Language

• Fluent Cantonese required;
• Fluent English preferred;
• Fluent Putonghua preferred;
• Able to read & write in simple English 

 Training will be provided for successful candidates as part of working with us. Candidates will have to support projects and system implementations.
