Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and energetic candidate to work for a cutting-edge technology company, and acquire insight into the casino gaming industry. This position requires a driven and motivated individual with a desire to provide the best possible service to the customer.

  

Job Description:

  •  Hardware support and service operations management
  • Manage Field Services Team
  • Installation planning and onsite coordination
  • Improve and maintain customer satisfaction of WDTS technical and support services
  • Manage pre and post sales technical support
  • Coordinate and provide training to customers and support partners
  • Engage in technical and customer management activities
  • Provide guidance to their staff on hardware troubleshooting, replacement, and repair
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the warehouse and logistics team for spare parts management and parts ordering
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering on field deployment needs
  • Ensure and maintain high level of service quality to customers
  • Plan department objectives, develop organizational policies, and establish procedures for attaining objectives
  • Provide leadership and training in a professional and positive manner to promote corporate goals and achieve department objectives
  • Manage timely departmental workflow and productivity as well as enhance experience and knowledge for their staff
  • Other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the department and organization.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Gaming equipment service and support operations
  • At least 5 years of experience in the management of a functional department
  • Experience with installing and servicing electrical hardware devices and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Solution-oriented and customer driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer facing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in leading projects
  • Ability to lead, train and motivate staff
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management
  • Understanding of casino operations is a plus
