Job Description

Job Description:
- Hardware support and service operations management

Manage Field Services Team
-
Installation planning and onsite coordination

Improve and maintain customer satisfaction of WDTS technical and support services

Manage pre and post sales technical support
-
Coordinate and provide training to customers and support partners
-
Engage in technical and customer management activities
-
Provide guidance to their staff on hardware troubleshooting, replacement, and repair
-
Provide technical guidance and support to the warehouse and logistics team for spare parts management and parts ordering
-
Collaborate closely with Engineering on field deployment needs
-
Ensure and maintain high level of service quality to customers
-
Plan department objectives, develop organizational policies, and establish procedures for attaining objectives
- Provide leadership and training in a professional and positive manner to promote corporate goals and achieve department objectives

Manage timely departmental workflow and productivity as well as enhance experience and knowledge for their staff

Other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the department and organization.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in Gaming equipment service and support operations

At least 5 years of experience in the management of a functional department

Experience with installing and servicing electrical hardware devices and equipment

Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills

Solution-oriented and customer driven

Excellent verbal and written communication and customer facing skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience in leading projects
-
Ability to lead, train and motivate staff

Ability to work well with all levels of management

Understanding of casino operations is a plus
