Job Description
Our client is one of the world’s most renowned leading brands in quick service restaurant industry with over 15,000 staff in HK, we are now looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position.
Responsibilities:
- Able to Formulate Digital – IT strategy delivering delighted customer experience and engagement
- Analyze business requirements of E-commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, Social Media and O2O customer engagement
- Develop Technical requirements on mobile Apps, webs and in-store technologies for Customer-Centric
- Deliver efficient Digital solution for business needs and challenges
- Deliver tested applications and services
- Coordinates different project and partner with other BU teams to develop digital solutions for our customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, E-commerce (For Equivalent)
- Min 10 years experience in IT industry
- Min 5 years of related working experience and at least 1 year in Management role with responsibility in retail Technology or Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce
- Experience on CRM, Apps or Web development experience will be an advantage
- Strong experience in working with WeChat / Alipay / Facebook / Instagram / CRM / Mobile App
- Familiar with mobile app online payment solutions
- Technical / Programming background is preferred
- Knowledge in Java, ASP.NET, J2EE, Linux, Oracle DB, JSP, PL/SQL, Web Services, JavaScript is preferred
