Responsibilities: 

• Conduct user requirement collection and business analysis, systems analysis and design on system maintaining, customizing and enhancing; in order to define scope of change to meet the client's expectations            
• Ensure flexibility, robustness, scalability and performance of application systems by executing activities, such as system analysis and diagnosis, software coding, trouble shooting, performance tunning and testing.       
• Supervise and lead the programmers to perform software development; and review their output.                                                     
• To prepare Business and Technical Documentation on IT solution and system; and user manual to IT system                                                   
• Manage project and change request, execute quality management processes and activities in system development; that provide deliverables with good quality and within schedule.                                                    
• Provide system support on more complex user enquiries and production problems and be available for call on duty in case of critical incident required quick fix or immediate technical investigation         
• Perform job assigned by supervisor and lead sub-ordinate(s), if applicable, to complete assignments with good quality and within project schedule
• Provides technical consultation support to team members, and to maintain awareness of new technologies and best practices for adoption    
• To work closely with Business Stakeholders from working to management level on requirements study, solution presentation; and conduct user training class                                                                

Experience:

• At least 8 years IT working experience and at least 2 years in Senior Analyst Programmer capacity     
• Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis and architectural design, preferable on Web and Mobile Application         
• Solid experience in SDLC life cycle & system development with design patterns                           
• Business Knowledge on website analytics is an added advantage

• Operating System: Windows, Linux, Unix                                     
• Database / Network: Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL, NOSQL DB (e.g. Redis)     
• Programming Language: Java, JavaEE - Web, Website building, APEX (SFDC), Python      
• Others: Web Analytic tools, Open Source CMS, Web Security, Word Press, Mobile App development, Big-Data tool, like Hadoop
