Job Description

Our company is seeking for IT professionals to provide IT support services to our customers.

In this position you will gain experience in a large variety of cutting-edge server technologies and such as Linux, Windows Server 2008/2012, Virtualization, Cloud Technologies, Web servers, Email servers and Database Servers. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting on customer reported system, network and usage issues
Communicate with customers for issue resolution
Server setup and maintenance
Perform technical operation tasks
Writing user manuals in using our service
Work with external providers and internal parties for fault isolation and service restoration

Job Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Computer / Information Technology or related disciplines
Sound knowledge of server management ( Windows / Linux )
Hands on experience in system and network troubleshooting
Knowledge in web programming ( PHP / ASP.NET ) or DevOps is definitely a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in written English and Chinese; Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
Service-oriented and hard-working
Knowledge in ITIL/ITSM framework
Good team spirit
Good problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
