Job Description

Our Client is a well-establish telecommunication Company in Hong Kong. Currently they are expanding their team and seeking for a Digital Marketing Operations Officer for their team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update online shop content (services, products, contents & promotions)
Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements with innovative to cope with marketing campaigns
Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website
Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans for improvement
Work with related parties to generate traffic & sales performance reports
Manage prices and payment in accordance with Company procedures and returned items
Organize and dispatch daily customer orders. Manage refunds and returned items
Respond to telephone and internet queries to ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels

Requirements:

HKDSE, F.5 or above with at least 1 year working experiences in digital marketing or IT field.
Welcome candidate with digital marketing agency background
Knowledge to develop web base applications
Analytical skills with good observation abilities
Good interpersonal and communications skill
Able to work independently and under pressure
Proficiency in computer applications e.g. MS Access, Excel, VBA, HTML, PHP & MySQL etc.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
