Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT operations and service deliveries
• ITIL certification holder is preferred
• Certification in Microsoft Servers / Linux / VMware / Cisco products is preferred
• Familiar with Windows Servers and Desktop OS
• Self-motivated, work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English and Chinese, conversational Putonghua is definite an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and sustaining the IT operations and service deliveries aligning with the business needs
• Ensure that user support and troubleshooting is resolved by the team at the earliest
• Product evaluation and provide technical advise and recommendation
• Responsible to Microsoft Office 365 administration and support
• Streamline operation process align with ITIL service delivery
• Maintain good working relationship with external suppliers of IT systems & office equipment and work with respective teams to ensure adherence to pre-defined service level agreements
• Provide guidance and expertise, and impart training to system support team
• To carry out root cause analysis and proactive approach for user support
• Proactively assesses potential item of risks and opportunities of vulnerabilities
• Maintain IT software and hardware inventory and asset management
• Maintain a high level of standard and lead IT service operation projects
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
