Customer Service Officer

Job Description: 

• Answer inbound calls from customers
• Provide one-stop service including general enquiries, booking and reservations 
• Resolve customer’s complaints with a positive attitude
• Effectively identify customers’ needs by providing appropriate solutions
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor

 Requirements:

• Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSEE or equivalent)
• 1 year’s customer service experience, preferably in hotline / call centre environment
• Good spoken & written English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Customer-focus with good telephone manner
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Basic PC knowledge and good typing skills
• More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Customer Service Executive

Client Relations Executive

Duties: 

• Answer clients' enquiries
• Conduct on site product training for clients
• Product UAT support

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
• 2-3 years' customer servcie and client training experience preferably in Financial industry or stock exchange market
• Excellent service concept, interpersonal , communication and presentation skill
• Understand Hong Kong Stock trading is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Familiar with Microsoft OS and office
