Responsibilities:

• To provide technical support, maintenance and installation service to customer’s hardware and software, printer, server and network administration etc.
• To work in our office as well as at customers’ site (for onsite set up and configuration service)
• To provide IT support and assistance to our Senior Technical Specialist
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Computer Engineering or related disciplines
• Strong interest in technical field
• Preferably with 1 year experience in technical support
• Open-minded, hardworking, self-motivated with a positive attitude
• For IT support: Basic knowledge of Windows Desktop/Server (XP, Win7, Win8 , Win10 and Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016) and desktop applications (MS Office and Mail System); for Technical Specialist: with knowledge of network infrastructure (Router, Switch, Access Point and NAS) and Storage Systems (HCI and SAN)
