Job Description

Your Mission:

To provide 7x24 daily operational 1st tier support and troubleshooting to clients
To monitor and analyse network traffic of clients
To provide assistant on system setup and configure security equipment

Your Profile:

A diploma holder or above in Computer Science or Information Technology with 1-2 year relevant experience in IT industry
Certified with professional qualification in system, network or security - is a plus but not a must
Familiar with VMWare, MS products and UNIX/Linux system administration
Customer oriented with good communication skills
Good in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
