Your Mission:

• To coordinate with internal and external parties, such as suppliers and internal technical staff to deliver services of a Cloud Solution 
• To conduct research and source suitable products from providers to improve the performance of the Cloud Solution
• To provide support to internal parties including pre-sales, post-sales and project team
• To manage and ensure the smoothness of the operation of the Cloud Solution 
• To advise customers based on their needs and provide technical services accordingly
• To implement and follow information security policies
• To report security events, weaknesses and incidents according to the defined procedure

Your Profile:

• Degree holder in Computing / Information Technology with professional qualification in virtualization/server platform/ network security
• Equipped with 7 years working experiences in Telecommunications/ISP industries for 7x24 operation, while having 2 year experience in project management 
• Knowledgable in server and network virtualisation and network security
• Having experiences in administration of Windows/Linux Server and related application servers, UTM / Firewall policies and configuration, VMware and resources management
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Good in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
