JOB RESPONSIBILITY :-

• Supervise and administrate the operations of the Group’s IT function, including the IT systems at all outlets
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user of office and outlets; on  software (systems and applications) and hardware (EPS, POS terminals, computers, connected devices)
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of server, applications system and networks, across head office and outlets under the Group
• To implement IT projects and to coordinate between vendors and internal parties
• Manage external vendors to ensure receiving cost-effective & quality services and products 
• Provide hand-on IT trainings for the end users
• Monitor the IT system status, network performance and security control
• Provide IT plan on introducing & driving new technologies to be implemented at the company and the stores that enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency

CANDIDATE QUALITY :-

•  Degree holder in IT, engineering, or other related discipline
•  Minimum with 10 years or above experience in IT operations
•  Familiar with retail or F&B industry with experienced in POS, EPS system is MUST
•  Experienced in managing IT support and maintenance for stores 
•  An open-mined & reliable team player with strong problem solving skills
•  Positive, flexible, independent and resistant to pressure    
•  Excellent communication skills with good command of Chinese & English
•  Immediately available is preferable

Candidates with less experiences will be considered as IT Support Engineer.
