Responsibilities

• Assisting in fund transfers and ensuring deposits rolled over on maturity
• Preparing payment vouchers including cheques and bank telegraphic transfers for Directors’ signatures and authorization
• Handling all payments including foreign exchange and intercompany transfer transactions
• Reconciling all bank statements and working closely with accounts department
• Assisting in daily cash management and enhancing existing documentations in accordance with the Bank’s policy, guidelines and regulatory requirement
• Capturing data on daily foreign exchange rates and deposit rates for analysis
• Coordinating and assisting in treasury system testing with regards to procedures and operations control within the Treasury Department
• Preparing treasury related reports and documents in a timely and accurate manner for management review
• Assisting Treasury Manager in any ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Degree holder with major in Accounting or Finance
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates are also considered)
• Knowledge of HK banking practice and regulations is an added advantage 
• Good knowledge and understanding of corporate treasury and/or accounting operations and systems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and self-initiated
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Treasury Manager
• Immediate available is highly preferred
