The incumbent will be responsible for database administration, capacity planning, job scheduling and system turning for the corporate Oracle, SQL & MySQL Server databases:

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support the company’s databases include Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server & MySQL.
• Responsible forperformance monitor, turning, troubleshooting, report, and optimum database systems.
• Plan and perform database backup, restore, housekeeping and Disaster Recovery related issues
• Responsible for day-to-day technical support, administrative operations and troubleshooting
• Manage the relationship with vendor

Requirements:

• University graduate in IT or related discipline
• At least 2 years of database support experience
• Strong knowledge in Oracle, Data Guard and Cluster
• Hands-on experience in Linux, Unix based server is a plus
• With knowledge on SAP Basis is highly preferred
• Able to work under pressure & on a needed basis (including statutory holidays)
• Independent and good communication skills
