Summary/purpose of the position 

The Database Administrator & Analyst will take the primary lead in maintaining the accuracy and quality of supporter, campaign activities and financial data within the CRM database systems, along with providing an understanding of supporter behavior through reports and analysis.                         

Responsibilities:  

• Perform regular data housekeeping and analysis of data stored in the CRM system
• Set up, and maintain data segments in our database system to enable tailored communication approaches are being achieved                          
• Process monthly donation payments via agreed and approved payment channels
• Provide financial reports on a timely basis after each payment transaction for reconciliation with Finance   
• Assist the CRM, Systems & Reporting Manager to ensure that data best practices and data governance are in place

Requirements:  

• Ideal candidates will have experience working in a marketing or NGO environment.
• At least 2 years of data management and administration experience in Salesforce or other major CRM systems.
• Experience in SQL scripting or programming is an advantage.
• Great communication skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data to non specialists.
