Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Answering issues and requests in the areas of desktop computing, desktop applications, networking, remote access, telecommunications, and enterprise wide applications.

Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide resolutions.

Set up PCs / Notebook with the required software and network access.
Requirements:
-
Diploma / Degree in technology or IT related discipline
-
At least 2 years' working experience in IT Support or IT Heldesk
- Support experience in Window Server, AD, Exchange, Win 7/10 and MS Office

Desktop support and remote connectivity experience
- Knowledge in Sharepoint user support would be an advantage BUT not essential

Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to follow process and procedure
