Responsibilities:

Perform on-going systems monitoring, maintenance and enhancements of software systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Provide help desk support to handle queries and problems from users regarding IT systems and applications.
• Undertake tasks on collecting user requirements, system design, coding, testing and data migration.
• Participate in preparation of system documentation and conduct technical training for users.
• Need to take emergency call after office hours.

Qualifications:

• Degree in I.T. discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year experience in software development and user support.
• Good knowledge in .NET, Java, Microsoft SQL and Web programming.
• Experience in Visual Foxpro, database optimization and mobile app development will be an advantage.
• Experience in infrastructure support, such as server admin, backup, firewall, network, will be an advantage.
• Holder of related Microsoft Certifications will be an advantage
• A good team player with strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

* Less experience will be considered as “Analyst Programmer”.
