Responsibilities:

• Understand personal loan customer acquisition and retention, so as to drive new business through e-Channel
• Manage and lead the projects related to e-channel development, such as online, mobile and social media, for supporting the business
• Review/analyze/evaluate the performance of different e-platform, digital industry trends, competitive environment and new product features/function/application to improve sales result, customer experience and product quality
• Work closely with related parties, including credit risk, operation and information technology to ensure efficient and effective implementation of planned initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in e-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking/ financial institutions. Prefer at least 2 years’ experience in the digital marketing field
• Result oriented, excellent analytical skill and tough-minded
• Able to handle multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker, trendy and good business senses
