Job Description

 Responsibilities

  • Set up and troubleshoot various office IT matters, including but not limited to

         ○      Computers & laptops (both Macs & PCs)
         ○      Productivity software such as Microsoft Office, content filtering
         ○      Multifunctional printers
         ○      Office networking:  LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless connections
         ○      Unified communications for call center
         ○      AV equipment

  • Manage and keep inventory record of assets
  • Log service issues
  • Provide training to end users
  • Participle in solution selection

 

Qualifications we value

  • Relevant technical training
  • 2 years troubleshooting IT issues for a medium size company
  • Adequate English skills to communicate with multi-national team members
  • Proactive and very organized
  • Knows how to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in estimating and monitoring usage; make suggestions before problem happens
  • Experience with Macs and PCs
  • Experience with Microsoft products
  • Experience with commercial VoIP phone, IVR, video conferencing, unified communications solutions
  • Experience with commercial VPN solutions
  • Experience with content filtering solutions
  • Experience with access control systems
  • Experience with audio/visual systems
  • Knowledge to vet a IT solution a plus
