Our Client, a leading Global bank in Hong Kong, is looking for an 'IT Officer/Support' for their Bank as they are expanding operations. The location is ICC building, Kowloon

Key Requirement:

• Good knowledge and understanding of critical core banking  IT systems & processes
• Desktop / Laptop support, knowledge of Windows XP / Window 7 systems   
• Good knowledge of Network , Leased Line and its management
• Co-ordination with vendors for adequate support
• Cantonese/Mandarin and English Language skill
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role

Your Role:

• Be the one point of contact for business / operations teams for all existing HK applications
• Responsible for contacts with Clearing house for file uploads, co-ordination for various tech initiatives of Hong Kong clearing house. Attending to all domestic IT requirements of staff at HK branch 
• To maintain local IT Infrastructure ( Desktops / Laptops / VRM / Server / VC ) at HK branches including uptime / patching of OS / System Backup / off site backup.
• Review security including hardening / maintenance / fire wall review.
• Ensuring compliance with Audit Standards
• Prior Banking experience is preferred
