• Selected Candidate will be assign to assist in the technical support of the computer system of Youth Employment and Training Programme and support the daily operation of the offices.

Responsibilities: 

• To assist in the technical support of the computer system of Youth Employment Programme and support the daily operation of the offices.
• Provide IT support for the office operation and the promotion of various publicity events and recruitment activities, including the computer system, servers, PCs and computer equipment;
• Maintain, support and enhance the web site;
• Send bulk emails and SMS to several groups of recipients on activities; and
• Assist PR team to promote (e.g. graphic design, audio, video editing as well as onsite IT and logistical support in publicity events, etc.).
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Experience in PC LAN support, HTML, Microsoft Active Directory Administration and System Backup Operation;
• Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Premiere preferred;
• Knowledge in MS ASP.NET, Web Programming and JavaScript Programming would be an advantage;
• Proficient in written and spoken of both English and Chinese.

Working Hours:

• Non Shift
• 5-day work
• 9:00 -18:00
