Responsibilities and Qualifications:

·       Responsible for the business application system implementation overall management with the support from business and technical stream leaders

·       Institute and oversee an effective project management framework to ensure the successful execution the agreed program of work

·       Manage internal and external project team member to ensure they have adequate plans and controls in place to ensure tasks are implemented on time, within budget and to the required scope and quality 

·       Drive smooth communication and corporation with all internal functional departments to ensure the project target achievement

·        Degree holder with Information technology or other related disciplines

·        Candidates who are PMP certified or PRINCE will be a plus

·        5 - 10 years of project management experience

·        Experience with delivery of Government related platforms & Project experience in HK Government, Finance & Insurance industry

·       Proven track records in Project Manager role, managing large-scale application development projects

·       Ability to work with different levels of management of the customer

·       Strong management and leadership skills

·       Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese

·       Ability to cope with peak workloads and short deadlines
