Responsibilities:

• Maintain and keep infrastructure system working smoothly;
• Provide support for : Windows 7/8/10, MS Office, Active Directory, Kaspersky, VMware, IIS, Exchange, SQL… etc.;
• Network configuring, repair and support including wireless, cabling, and desktop connection;
• Liaising with vendors/suppliers to report faults and organize replacements;
• Manage various backup system;
• Overall security management such as AD, VPN, Anti-virus Firewall, SPAM… etc.;
• Able to work independently;
• Occasionally travel to China is required

Requirement:

• Diploma or above on computer science or IT related disciplines;
• With 2-3 years IT support experience;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft products, common application software in office;
• Good Knowledge on common infrastructure such as firewall, email gateway, VM, AD, TCP/IP, switching, NAS, cabling … etc.;
• Good knowledge on various system like anti-virus, backup, email, network management … etc.;
• Logical and organized; with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Independent and good problem solver;
• Immediate available is preferred
