Job Responsibilities

• Install and manage Hardware / software for our server solution
• Perform computer operation support including data backup, IT facility administration, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of server and other peripherals
• Participate in the design of the server and improve IT hardware infrastructure
• Assist to develop new IT project, project support and ad hoc technical assignments as required such as PCB, Design and improvement of the installation
• Part of the Technical Support & Maintenance Team
• Contribute to maintain hardware and software inventory and generate reports as required
• Proactive and self-motivated with good trouble-shooting and communication skills

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Broadcast experience will be an advantage, Fresh graduates are welcome 
• Hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of Servers
• Initiative, self-motivated and be able to work independently
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
