Your Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain the sales and customer database systems.
• Monitor and reports the performance of clients.
• Act as a coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments.
• Handle ad hoc issues

Your Profile:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business Administration related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in customer service or operations, familiar with credit card, personal loans and mortgage products is preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English, in writing and speaking
• Familiar with various database software, especially MS Excel, Google Sheets
