Summary:

We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Desktop Support Engineer for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support on Desktop systems, networks, hardware/software setups and troubleshooting
• Maintain and monitor inventory database for all PC equipment; conduct PC & server hardware maintenance and periodical software inventory check
• Supporting the Equipment for more than 500 PC in office
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant discipline
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience on supporting the Equipment for more than 500 PC in office
• Hands on experience in all Microsoft OS and Office Automation software products of server/workstation/printer setup, as well as Lotus Notes, McAfee, ePolicy Orchestrator, SMS, WSUS support etc
• Good knowledge in SQL Server, Network, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall & mobile devices such as Blackberry support
• Able to provide 7x24 standby support services and outdoor work are required
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Immediate available is a great advantage
