Summary:
We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Helpdesk Support for our partner which is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence. The position will be responsible for providing top quality support for a financial group.
Experienced candidates will be considered for a senior position, and we offer highly competitive package to the ideal candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries, incidents and problems via phone, email and fax including escalation to corresponding parties
- Provide general IT support, such as breakfix, handle ticketing bottle, troubleshooting, preliminary application support .

Responsible to solve environment setting: Mainly desktop, with few laptop and Printing
- Perform ad-hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary Graduate, Diploma or above in IT or Computer related disciplines
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in helpdesk support; (Fresh graduates will be considered)
- Basic knowledge in System Solutions: Windows 8, 7, XP
- Good telephone manner and problem solving skill
- Able to communicate in simple English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is a great advantage
