Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the Data Center / IP platform monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance
- To handle daily duties include customer inquires & fault handling, report update and daily data center routine checking
- Handle supporting calls from customers and registered into system
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issue and follow up with vendors
Qualifications & Requirements:
- F.5, DSE or above, with 1 year experience in Telecommunications, Customer service or equivalent
- Have relevant experience in computer operation support and data center operation
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Fresh graduates with I.T. background are welcome to apply
