Responsibilities:

• Monitor all operational procedures and take full ownership of customer services
• Maintain and develop the business within assigned territories/ industries
• Work with sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to maximize company's profit
• Handle and understand customer network so as to provide first hand support to customers
• Negotiate and review the service level agreements
• Identify business opportunities for prioritized products and pass leads to sales

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in Information Technology or related discipline
• Experience in client servicing or account management
• Knowledge of telecom products and services is an advantage
• Good computer knowledge on MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
