Responsibilities:

• Evaluate technology, customer and market trends to identify market demand for IT & Telecommunication to develop next-generation services
• Develop and enrich the product portfolio of Network products and value-added services in supporting Commercial and Residential markets to maximize revenue and profit
• Support Product Managers to manage project deliverables required to integrate new products and services into all business functions
• Manage product roadmap lifecycle from concept to release based on priority, executive direction and revenue potential form technical perspective.
• Lead technical evaluation of post-launch product and operational review to excellent service quality, SLA and compliance
• Work closely with internal departments to facilitate go-to-market plans and ensure products meet customers and markets’ needs
• Manage and liaise with external vendors to maintain good relationship while ensure proper product and solution supports

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT, Telecommunications, or related disciplines
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in product development or consultancy in IT &  Telecommunication
• Relevant experience / knowledge in IP Networking, PABX / IP telephony, Internet / applications, network security, managed-service, system integration or International networking is highly preferred
• Knowledge in SIP / IP applications such as Unified communication, VC and FMC would be beneficial
• Strong business acumen and project management to manage stakeholders to meet deadlines
• Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
